Nanotechnology Hub
The Nanotechnology Hub of the Center for the Promotion of Interdisciplinary Education and Research operates integrally as an open hub with three centers; Yoshida and Katsura campuses that have microfabricated devices, and Uji Campus that has electron microscopes for microstructural analysis, to support government-industry-academia personnel involved in the research and development of nanotechnology in both microfabrication and microstructural analysis. The organization representing the microfabrication platform of the Nanotechnology Platform Business also belongs to the unit systematically, but it operates independently from the Nanotechnology Hub.
